Big Mom Kaizouku is one of the greatest pirate crew with lots of top-class pirates. Charlotte Smoothie is one of the most powerful pirates in One Piece and one of the three commanders of Big Mom Pirates. She has the power to juice down any being. It is mentioned in the whole cake island arc that she had a 932 Million berries bounty. Thanks to her paramecia type Shibo Shibo no Mi, she is second to only Big Mom and Charlotte Katakuri.

Jack is the right-hand commander of Kaidou, one of the emperors of the sea. Jack molested Minks greatly and became one of the most hated guys for the Zou tribes. Queen is another right-hand commander of Kaidou, and he is indeed one of the most entertaining antagonists in the series. Apart from being a great strategist and combatant, Queen is a singer by profession who really entertains his subordinates and fans with his rock-music vocals. Queen’s devil fruit, Ryu Ryu no Mi, can transform into a full-sized dragon which helps him to corner even the most powerful pirates. Queen is someone who doesn’t care about the lives of his own men when it comes to accomplishing the mission (He used plague rounds on his own men, too, in Wano Kuni).
7. King
King is the right-hand commander of Kaidou and has the highest authority in Beast Pirate. He is even above Queen. He is one of the strongest pirates in One Piece who can corner even great Pirates. He even cornered Big Mom when she was on her way to Wano. King ate Ryu Ryu no Mi Model: Pteranodon, which helps him transform into pteranodon with flames. He was finally defeated by Zoro in One Piece.
6. Charlotte Cracker
Charlotte Cracker is one of the right-hand commanders of Big Mom kaizouko. His great strength and endurance made him one of the most pirates in One Piece. Cracker has a bounty of 860 Million Berries and holds the highest authority in Big Mom kaizouku, second to only Big Mom and Katakuri.
5. Sabo
Sabo is the brother-like figure for Luffy and the chief of staff of the Revolutionary Army. He has the highest authority in the Revolutionary army, second to only Luffy’s father, Monkey D. Dragon. Sabo is also the inheritor of Ace’s devil fruit Mera Mera no Mi. Apart from the powers of Devil Fruit, Sabo is a master in close combat as he grew up under the guidance of Monkey D. Dragon and Bartholomew Kuma. Currently, Sabo’s whereabouts are unknown, and the last time we saw him in Mary Geoise, he was trying to save Kuma.
4. Charlotte Katakuri
Charlotte Katakuri is one of the greatest and most powerful pirates in One Piece. He is also the second major antagonist of the Whole Cake Island arc. He is the one who cornered Luffy to the edge and made him use his all-new form, Snake Man. Katakuri’s paramecia type devil fruit Mochi Mochi no Mi helps him create Mochi at his will. Unlike most of the One Piece villains, Katakuri is not the evil guy and truly cares about her subordinates.

Marco is the first commander of Whitebeard pirates and one of the most skilled commanders at WhiteBeard’s ship. Marco the Phoenix ate Tori Tori no Mi Model: Phoenix, which gives him many abilities that help him counter even great pirates. Marco played a very crucial role in Marineford’s arc, and even after the death of Whitebeard, he still considers himself as a commander of Whitebeard.
2. Silvers Rayleigh
Silvers Rayleigh, aka Dark King, is the former commander at Roger’s Ship and the right hand of the legendary pirate Gol D. Roger. Rayleigh was the one who showcased the Haki for the first time in the series in the Saboady arc. He is also the teacher of Luffy, who taught him various techniques and the use of conqueror’s haki. Rayleigh fought bravely with one of the admiral Kizaru even in the old age and gave him the tough competition. Apart from all these techniques, Rayleigh is also a great swimmer.

The right hand of the Monkey D. Luffy, Roronoa Zoro, is one of the most ambitious and talented characters in the series. He aspired to become the world’s greatest swordsman in the future, and his character developed greatly in the past few years.
